Terms and Conditions


By using our site you agree to our terms and conditions:

1. When you place an order online an email is sent by the site automatically to let you know your order has been placed. It is not confirmation that we accept your order. If any products are not available we will also let you know by email.

2. All orders are by Standard Delivery (1-3 days). Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail (1st Class) or by 48 hour Courier. We will make every effort to deliver within the time listed but we are not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

3. You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting your order - incorrect information may lead to your order being cancelled. You will also be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if an order is to be reshipped due to an error on your part in submitting shipping details.

4. We may choose to reclaim full shipping costs, not just the standard postage and packing price, if an entire order is returned.

5. You are responsible for receiving an order and making any arrangements necessary to sign for and receive it - should you choose to have an item left on your property this is at your own risk. WoofnWhiskers is not liable for items on your property that are left at your request.

6. Orders must be paid for before they are dispatched and you can do so by credit/debit card, debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo). Orders are only accepted and processed online. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of them being intercepted over the internetTo pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to WoofnWhiskers, 176b Gravel Lane, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 8BX.. Please include your order confirmation email, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, and expiry date.

7. Information such as your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details that we collect when you place an order is used accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

8. If you wish to return an item please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, unused and complete with its original packaging and and we will refund you the price you paid for the product, excluding P&P. Refunds are made in the form of payment used to place the order Ie:cheque or directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order. The cost of return postage is to be born by you. Food, perishable items, personalised products or those made to order cannot be returned unless faulty.Ffaulty items will be replaced free of charge or give a full refund as requested.

10. You are responsible for the purpose and use of the products you order - please follow the guidelines included with the product you purchase.
